What is the shipping time for your products?

  • We provide our customers with two shipping options:

    1. Express Shipping (£1.99): Upon order fulfillment within 1 business day, the delivery is expected to arrive within 2 business days.

    2. Standard Shipping (Free): Upon order fulfillment within 2 business days, the delivery is anticipated to arrive within 4-8 business days.

Do you provide tracking information on the product?

Yes, after confirming the purchase you get an order number that will allow you to track your package. If this is not the case, please wait 3 days after your order and ask us via email at contact@groomhere.co.uk .


Some items are missing from my order, what happens?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.


I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to the email address: contact@groomhere.co.uk and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.


I still haven't received my order. What is taking so long?

We take pride in our products and want you to be happy using them. All of our products carry a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from Groomhere, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your receipt of the product. GROOMHERE does not provide return shipping labels and does not cover the cost of return shipping or handling.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you would still like to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, as long as the recourse is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) in question are not sold out.
