Estimated Shipping Times in the UK:

  • We provide our customers with two shipping options:

    1. Express Shipping (£1.99): Upon order fulfillment within 1 business day, the delivery is expected to arrive within 2 business days.

    2. Standard Shipping (Free): Upon order fulfillment within 2 business days, the delivery is anticipated to arrive within 4-8 business days.

We ship using the following carriers: Royal Mail, DHL, 4PX, and Yodel.

Please note that shipments to PO Boxes may incur additional shipping charges.

 

We offer regular international shipping to most countries

Do I Have to Pay Duties and Taxes?

To enhance your delivery experience, we ship all international orders using the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method. This means that duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout, ensuring your package is not delayed or held by customs.

Please note that the duties and taxes assessed by customs vary depending on the country and the product.

How can I track my package?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment directly on our website : GROOMHERE tracking page.
 
When will I receive my order?
We strive to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. International orders are typically delivered within 8-14 business days after fulfillment. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be displayed on your tracking page
 
My package seems to have stopped moving.

If your package appears to have stopped moving, please rest assured that it is still en route to you and may be going through customs processing. Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs clearance or weather conditions. If such delays occur, the latest shipping status will be updated on your tracking page.

Returns

We are committed to your satisfaction with our products. All items purchased from Groomhere come with a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that GROOMHERE does not provide return shipping labels and does not cover the cost of return shipping or handling.

For products purchased from an authorized dealer, such as Amazon, their specific return policy applies—please contact them directly for details. Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer are not covered by our return policy, as permitted by applicable law.

If you wish to return part of your order, we will refund the purchase price of each returned item from your original order.

Returns Eligibility

If at any time within the first 30 days you are not fully satisfied with your new products, you can return them for a refund, no questions asked. Simply contact us, and our team will assist you with the return process.

Please note:

  • Blade refills must be returned unopened and in new condition.
  • Consumable products, including pre-shave oil, shaving cream, aftershave lotion, cleanser, moisturizer, and toner, must be at least three-quarters full to be eligible for a refund.

GROOMHERE does not provide return shipping labels and does not cover the cost of return shipping or handling.

How to Process a Return

  1. Fill out our contact form or email contact@groomhere.co.uk with your name, order number, and your request for a return or exchange, so we can confirm your eligibility for a return, and connect you with a support specialist.
  2. Place the items you would like to return back in the original packaging, with all components just as you received them.
  3. Make sure your name and order number are clearly visible within or on the return parcel so our returns warehouse can verify who the return is for. ( The customer is responsible for creating their own return label )
  4.  Contact our customer service to get the return address.
  1. Email us a photo of your returned parcel’s shipment receipt or provide us with its active tracking number and we will process your refund.

Your funds will be deposited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 Exchanges

Exchanges can also only be made during the 30-day trial. If you want to get your item(s) swapped out, send us an email and we'll help you set up an exchange request. 

Products must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Consumable products (as listed above) must be at least three-quarters full to be eligible for an exchange.

Order Cancellations

Yes, we accept order cancellations prior to shipping. To cancel your unshipped order, please contact us at contact@groomhere.co.uk. Your message should include your order number, the email used to place the order, and your full name. We will then proceed with the cancellation.

Defective Products

When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, the customer must contact us via email. We will provide the warehouse address for the return. Once we receive the product, we will issue a full refund or resend a new one according to the customer's preference. The customer must pay for the return shipping costs, which will be refunded upon receipt of the return shipping receipt.

Returns

To return a product, the customer needs to contact us by email. The email must contain the order number, the email used to place the order, and the customer's full name.

    Return Conditions

    • The customer has 30 days to return the product from the date of receiving it.
    • We accept returns of used products.
    • We do not charge a restocking fee.
    • We refund the original shipping cost.
    • Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order.

    If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, you can return the product as explained above.

    In the unlikely event that you cannot return your items, your refund will not be approved. A partial order can be returned; however, only the items returned will be entitled to a refund. All free gift items received must be returned for a full refund. If the free gift item is not returned with the original order, the free gift item will be deducted at full price from the refund.
