Not enough power in the battery unit for the motor to run Struggles with stubble or leg or arm hair Pulls hair out and is painful. Your video is misleading that sold it to me. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone

The trimmer doesn’t do what you say it can. It doesn’t last for a pubic trim and also I had a few cuts
Florin F. 1/5 Verified
Store owner replied: Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re concerned to hear the trimmer didn’t last through your trim and that you experienced cuts. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we’d like to help get this resolved.
Feels cheap and doesn’t help the balance feel secure

As with the rest of the product, it’s very poor and barely fit for purpose.
